SIDREC successfully hosted its inaugural public webinar in collaboration with the Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) and Singapore’s Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) on 27 November 2020.
We wish to thank all participants who were on the webinar and helped us make it a success. We hope that you enjoyed the session, have a better understanding of the services that SIDREC, OFS and FIDReC provide, obtained some insights on each of our work through the case studies and gained some useful tips as a smart financial consumer or investor.

The Report highlights SIDREC’s success and resilience in providing investors with an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) avenue to the courts to seek redress for monetary disputes that they have with providers of capital market products and services who are members of SIDREC.
