The Right Honourable Chief Justice, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, issued the Arahan Amalan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 2 Tahun 2022 Urusan dan Tatacara Pengantaraan (Mediasi) Bagi Kes di Makamah Tinggi dan Mahkamah Rendah, dated 24 March 2022. The Arahan Amalan, which came into force on 1 April 2022, includes SIDREC as one of the institutions listed as a provider of mediation services in Enclosure A.
This recognition and inclusion of SIDREC by the Courts will help SIDREC expand our reach to the investing public as we facilitate the resolution of capital market-related monetary disputes through mediation in our endeavours to heighten investor protection.
SIDREC would like to express our utmost appreciation and gratitude to the Right Honourable Chief Justice and the Courts for this recognition.
