SIDREC CEO Sujatha Sekhar Naik, delivered a lecture at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (Bangi)’s Law Faculty on 23 April 2019. The lecture covered key areas in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), namely holistic resolution of conflict and SIDREC’s ADR approach for the Malaysian capital market.
Sujatha Sekhar Naik, Chief Executive Officer of the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC), discusses her role in providing a free service for the settlement of disputes between investors and capital market intermediaries like brokers, unit trust management companies and fund managers.
