The three modes of Mediation Sessions and Adjudication Hearings that are currently available are:
As Malaysia has transitioned to the COVID-19 endemic phase on 1 April 2022, SIDREC will resume physical mode in conducting Mediation Sessions and Adjudication Hearings. SIDREC will continue to observe COVID-19 related precautionary measures as advised, from time-to-time, by the Ministry of Health of Malaysia and other relevant authorities.
