Nanyang Siang Pau recently published an article on the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC) collaboration with KDU University College (KDU UC) in a pilot project.
SIDREC is a one-stop independent dispute resolution centre for disputes involving monetary claims relating to capital market products and services. We were set up under the Capital Markets and Services (Dispute Resolution) Regulation 2010 to provide free, fair and expert help to retail investors and capital market intermediaries.

Kuala Lumpur, 15 December – The Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen and increase the degree of cooperation and dialogue between the two organisations.
SIDREC CEO Sujatha Sekhar Naik, delivered a lecture at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (Bangi)’s Law Faculty on 23 April 2019.
