Bank Negara Governor announces new requirements lowering the threshold for banks’ daily cash threshold report (CTR), from 1 January 2019.
SIDREC and its Board of Directors wish to announce that Sujatha Sekhar Naik has stepped down from her role as CEO of SIDREC as of 15 October 2019. She joined SIDREC in 2013 and we thank her for her efforts towards achieving our aim of developing a trusted and credible centre, providing specialist capital market dispute resolution services to the general investing public and SIDREC’s Members.
In the interim, SIDREC’s Head of Dispute Resolution, Hong Siew Lai, will act as CEO.
